Solution · Traceability

Records your buyers can verify without trusting you.

From the weighing scale to the batch certificate: we build traceability systems that capture data where it happens, seal it, and let a third party check it — with a QR code, not a login.

WHAT CLIENTS COME ASKING

It usually starts with someone outside asking for proof.

Recycled content.

“We buy material from collectors and need to certify recycled content to our buyers and certifiers.”

Batch genealogy.

“We need to trace a batch from the raw materials that went into it to the finished product we ship.”

Weighing that pays.

“Payments and reports depend on recorded weight, and the regulator now wants electronic weighing records.”

Recall readiness.

“If a supplier lot fails, we need to know in minutes which customers received it.”

MODULES

Four modules, from the plant floor to the auditor.

MODULE / 01

Capture at the source

Mobile receiving app (weight, classification, photos, GPS) that works offline, a gateway to your scale indicator, supplier registry and QR labels. Records are signed the second they're taken.

MODULE / 02

Mass balance & genealogy

Production orders, conversion factors, expected vs. actual consumption, declared losses and alerts when output falls outside the expected range. Trace forward (recall) and backward (audit) from any batch.

MODULE / 03

Anchoring

A canonical document for each key event is hashed and aggregated into one daily on-chain root. Each record keeps its own proof. No tokens, no business logic on-chain.

MODULE / 04

Certificates & verification

Batch certificates with QR, a public verification page, read-only auditor access and period exports in the format auditors actually ask for.

HOW IT WORKS

From the scale to the buyer's phone.

1

Receive

Supplier, weight and evidence captured at the scale.

2

Seal the input lot

Anchored; from here, no edits.

3

Produce

Orders consume lots; the system won't accept output above input.

4

Release

Quality release and batch certificate, anchored.

5

Ship

Certificate travels with the batch.

6

Verify

Buyer scans the QR and checks the fingerprint against the chain.

WHAT GOES ON-CHAIN

What goes on-chain, and what never does.

On-chain
  • Cryptographic fingerprints (hashes) of receiving lots, production orders, quality releases and certificates
  • One aggregated root per day
  • The link between each document and the one before it
Never on-chain
  • Supplier names or IDs
  • Prices and payments
  • Commercial volumes
  • Customer names
  • Personal data
  • Photos (only their fingerprints)

Your competitors see nothing. Your buyer can still prove the certificate wasn't altered.

THE HONEST PART

What blockchain proves — and what it doesn't.

An anchored record proves the data hasn't changed since a specific moment. It doesn't prove the data was true when someone typed it. That's why capture is the most important part of the system: signed at the scale, with evidence, by the person who was there. Corrections are never edits — they're new, linked documents, so the original, the fix and its author all remain visible.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Is this for you?

Good fit if…
  • You weigh or measure systematically at receiving and at output.
  • Someone outside your company needs to verify the data — a buyer, a certifier, a regulator — and you can name them.
  • There's an operations sponsor (plant manager, not only IT) who will make sure records get captured.
  • You have a certification, a buyer requirement or a regulatory deadline driving it.
Not yet if…
  • Weights are estimated or declared by the supplier.
  • Nobody outside the company needs to check anything — you need a good database, and we can build that without blockchain.
  • What you really need is inventory, supplier payments and invoicing. That's an ERP; we'll scope it separately.

“Not yet” doesn't mean no. It means Discovery comes first.

HOW WE WORK

Five phases, from data model to plant floor.

0 · Discovery

Data model, plant flow validated with operations, scale inspection, anchoring design, firm price.

1–2 weeks
1 · Capture

Receiving app, offline mode, supplier registry, scale gateway, sealed lots, QR labels.

3–4 weeks
2 · Mass balance / genealogy

Production orders, conversion factors, output-range alerts, forward and backward trace.

3–4 weeks
3 · Certificate & verification

Anchoring contract, batch certificate, public verification, auditor role and exports.

3–4 weeks
4 · Pilot & handover

Pilot alongside your current process, training, production, handover.

2–3 weeks
DISCOVERY

Every project starts with a fixed-price Discovery.

Before a single line of contract code, we turn your business model and your counsel's structure into a technical blueprint: architecture, data or token model, integrations, network choice, risks and a firm price for the build. You own the document. If you build with someone else, it still works for you.

  • Fixed price, not hourly
  • 1–3 weeks
  • Working sessions with your team (and your lawyer, when relevant)
  • Firm quote for the rest

You don't build without architectural plans. Discovery is the plan for the digital part.

PROOF, NOT PROMISES

Contracts you can verify.

Smart contracts deployed on BNB Chain / opBNB (ERC-721, ERC-8004 agent identity). Addresses public on the explorer.

Stablecoin and trade-finance builds.

Builder in Web3 infrastructure challenges in Dubai: SME trade finance on Polygon and USDC payments between AI agents.

Field data in production.

Our IoT + AI monitoring for Detecta Security cut theft attempts by 90% — the same capture discipline our traceability systems rely on.

Two bases, two markets.

Entities in Dubai and Santiago de Chile, serving LATAM and the GCC.

We'll show you exactly what we've shipped — and what we haven't — on the first call.

FAQ

The questions plant managers ask.

Because of who needs to trust the record. If only your team uses the data, a database is cheaper — and we'll recommend it. If a buyer, certifier or regulator has to verify it without trusting you, an anchor on a public network is the one thing nobody in the chain can rewrite, including you.

The networks we recommend run on proof of stake, not mining. And we aggregate each day's events into a single transaction per plant. The footprint is negligible.

No. Only fingerprints go on-chain. Names, prices, volumes and personal data stay in your systems, with role-based access.

No. The company holds the signing keys in managed custody. Operators use a simple app; nobody on the floor ever sees a seed phrase.

Not a blocker. We can connect to indicators with serial or network output, or require a photo of the display with each weighing. Discovery includes checking your actual equipment.

No. It connects to it. In a first phase, export and import are usually enough; deeper integration comes later if it pays off.

We design the system to produce the chain-of-custody evidence certification schemes require, but certification is granted by your auditor, and your procedures are written by you or your consultant. We don't promise the certificate.

It's corrected with a new adjustment document linked to the original, also anchored. Nothing is deleted. That's exactly what auditors want to see.

Usually Polygon for low cost and a well-known public explorer; Base or Hedera when the context calls for it. The anchoring layer sits behind an adapter, so changing networks later doesn't mean rewriting the system. We don't recommend private chains here: if you run the network, your buyer is still trusting you.

Yes. Records are signed on the device the moment they're captured and anchored when connectivity returns. The delay is logged and alerts if it grows.
